The idea of working with this precious and rare product, that is truffle, came up mostly due to our love for the Greek nature. We started our company in 2008 by the name “g-troufa”, cultivating and promoting truffle all around Greece.
In 2013 we changed the company’s name to “dryas Greek truffle” and expanded our activities – besides the cultivation- to the production and standardization of truffle products.
Today, taking into consideration the global progress in gastronomy, we can provide a wide variety of products having as main ingredient the truffle, perfectly combined with other products coming from the Greek land.
Our company’s principal is to ensure the safety, quality and hygiene of the products that we produce and standardize through application and control of all the procedures related to safety from the moment we receive the raw materials, to storage and quality check, to standardization and selling of the final products, according to the principles set out by HACCP methodology of Codex Alimentarius and the international standards ELOT (Hellenic Organization for Standardization) EN ISO 22000:2005 and ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015.
